Solvely AI is a homework and study app from Aignite Inc. You photograph or upload a problem and it returns a step-by-step solution. It can also turn notes, PDFs, slides and recordings into flashcards, quizzes and mock exams. It runs on the web, on iPhone and iPad, and as a browser extension. Unlimited use requires a paid Pro plan, and the price depends on where you subscribe.
On the US App Store, the app is listed as "Solvely - AI Study Tools" in the Education category. It first launched in April 2023 and was on version 5.6.3 in October 2026, with a 4.8 average from 41,859 ratings. Solvely says more than 10 million students use it; that is the company's own figure.

App Store prices come from Apple's US listing on October 22, 2026. Apple shows every in-app product the app sells, not only the ones a given user is offered. Web prices are as recorded by the review site ConversionGems from Solvely's web pricing page on October 2, 2026. The web pricing page loads its plans in the browser, so check it before paying.
On these figures, monthly billing costs the same on both, but the yearly plan is $21 cheaper through the App Store ($46.99 against $67.99). The web has the cheaper first week. Prices can also vary by country.
How you cancel depends on where you paid. App Store subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your Apple account settings. For web subscriptions, ConversionGems reports that you open the account page on solvely.ai and use Manage, and that web plans can be paused while App Store plans cannot. Solvely's terms say memberships auto-renew unless local law prohibits it.
Solvely Alternatives
These apps cover similar photo-to-solution homework help. Ratings and prices are from each app's US App Store page on October 22, 2026; the prices are samples from Apple's in-app purchase list, which mixes current plans with older offers.

Photomath and Mathway focus on math. Gauth and Brainly cover more subjects, and Brainly adds a paid human-tutor tier. Solvely puts more weight on study tools built from your own materials, such as notes, mock exams and cheatsheets, rather than on the solver alone.
