Everygen AI is a web-based creative studio for short-form video. It puts third-party video and image models such as Veo, Kling, Seedance, Gemini Omni, Nano Banana and GPT Image behind one credit balance. Around them it adds tools for YouTube Shorts, UGC-style ads, voiceovers and captions. Plans start at $9 a month on annual billing. Everygen was called Viewmax until its rename, and both are made by Viewmax LLC.
The official site is everygen.ai. The company says it is not affiliated with everygen-ai.com, everygenai.app or other sites using the EveryGen AI name, so check the domain before you sign in or buy credits.
Viewmax Is Now Everygen
According to Everygen's rename notice, Viewmax started as a simple way to make YouTube Shorts and grew into a broader suite for images, video and audio. Existing users do not need to do anything. Accounts, subscriptions, credits, projects and generated files carry over, and billing keeps the same plan, price and renewal date. Links on viewmax.io keep working and redirect to everygen.ai, and the MCP server still answers at viewmax.io as well.

Everygen also runs a remote MCP server at https://everygen.ai/api/mcp, so Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor can generate media on your account. It uses OAuth 2.1 with separate scopes for uploads, image generation, video generation, voice changing, voiceovers, audio and reading generation history.
Uploaded media is your responsibility: Everygen's FAQ says to upload only media you have the rights to use. That applies with extra force to AI Clone and the video downloader.

Image models cost 1 to 16 credits per image. Nano Banana and Nano Banana 2 Lite cost 1 credit, Nano Banana 2 costs 2–3, Nano Banana Pro 3–4, GPT Image 2 1–8, GPT Image 2.5 Flare and Sunburst 1–16, and Seedream 5 Pro, Lite and Flash 1–2.
Starting credits are a floor. Longer clips, higher resolution and reference inputs cost more, so the plan page's own conversions are a better guide to real output.

Starter and Pro include all Seedance models plus the standard video and image models. Only Creator unlocks all video and image models, along with up to 150 AI videos and up to 2.7 TB of media storage. Pro and Creator add Discord community access. Each plan also adds bonus credits equal to its monthly allowance in the first month.
Plan credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Top-up credits are sold separately, last 90 days from purchase, and stay usable if you pause or cancel. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Third-party pages quote older Viewmax plan names and prices, such as a Basic plan at $19.99, which no longer match the live page.
Where Everygen Fits
Everygen resells access to models whose makers also sell them directly, such as Google's Veo, Kuaishou's Kling and ByteDance's Seedance. You are paying for one balance across many models plus the short-form tooling around them. If you only ever use one model, its own app or API may cost less per clip. Compare credit costs against that model's direct pricing before choosing a plan.
